Clean, airy rooms with a nice view, hot shower with good pressure, reliable WiFi. Owner went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety. Good location, short walk to eateries and shops. Friendly staff and prompt breakfast service. Great value for the price.
Felt extremely safe, no complaints whatsoever.

Front desk staff ZoomZoom was fantastic. She arranged our three days of trekking. Since we have three young kids we opted to spend the $25-$30us per trip to be dropped off and picked up by a van. Do not really need guides, but do not let your driver pay the tickets into villages - should only be 25-40vnd per adult (on ticket) (kids free). Be sure to go to love waterfall and if you go to Taphin take the unpaved path up to the left for a scenic path (have to retrace path back to town entrance). Hotel breakfast great. Best Pho we had in Vietnam! Connecting room great for families with kids. Beds comfortable. Lots of space. Great view. Even in April the efficient heating was appreciated! Good location right by the upscale Victoria, but Elegance is a much better value at 1/5 the price. However, do stop up at the Victoria lodge for their happy hour (50% off) from 5-6pm for a nice experience (there is a kids playroom next to the bar area!). We also recommend the Red Dao House Restaurant and Sapa Rooms Cafe for tasty meals. (We do not recommend the Abergine or Ashimo restaurants).
No elevator, but staff kindly carried our suitcases up and down for us. The plastic little prickly mats outside of the shower hurt your feet (ok, so I am being picky!)

very cozy place all was excellent! staying on the hill at the bottom of the mountain in a quite place not in the crowdy center. highly recommend!
no air condition, but when i opened a window became very fresh, and even cold already in the morning. So it is not a problem.

The room had a super cozy seating area, perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring. The attached bathroom was spotless and had a great shower facility. The free toiletries were a nice touch. I loved the private bathroom with the shower. It was really convenient and saved time in the morning. The private bathrooms in some rooms had either bathtubs or showers and provided complimentary toiletries, which was a nice bonus. The 24-hour front desk was really helpful and made checking in and out a breeze. The double room I stayed in had a balcony, minibar, and a comfy seating area. I enjoyed relaxing there. They provided slippers, free toiletries, and a hairdryer in the room, making it feel like a home away from home. The double room I stayed in had a balcony, which was a lovely feature.
Honestly, I'm not a big fan of bathtubs, but I know some people enjoy them.

Location nearby Sapa city center. Spacious and clean rooms. Friendly staff that arranged for us an early check in at 8:00 a.m. Good enough services for a hotel in a vietnamese rural area.
It have no elevator (actually if you are a mountain hiking visitor you do not need it)

The helpful staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, offering me tea and showers. They even packed me a snack for my journey back. The location was ideal, just a minute's walk from the town square. The room had a cute balcony with a great view. Although there were some minor inconveniences like construction nearby and a bit of noise from a music festival, I would still highly recommend this hotel. I had a fantastic experience at Sapa Elegance Hotel.

Location, staff, rooms are big, bathroom is good
Too expensive!!! There are similar hotels for half the price!!! Humidity odor (strong) They were doing construction work, which began before 7am!!! If you want to stay there, be sure the construction work is over!

This hotel is in a great spot. Our room was large, comfortable and clean. We had a great deck where we could relax and look out over the valley. The first morning we arrived, long after dawn the staff stepped out the front door to great us by name. It was the start of an excellent three days. You'll enjoy the vibe at breakfast as well.
